What We Do

  • COMMUNICATE with land owners to assist in resolving conflicts and providing input on critical issues in order to maintain and expand our riding opportunities in the area. Solicit input from our members on trail additions and improvements, prioritize and schedule regular trail maintenance
  • ADVOCATE on behalf of our members for funding and approval to build, improve, and maintain trail networks. We have 20+ years of trail building and experience working with various Federal, State, Town and private land managers
  • MAINTAIN and improve trails to include scheduling work projects, hosting annual Trails Weekend, completing informal trail pruning and clean-up, and writing grants to fund major trail projects Manage trail adopters program where a group or individual volunteers to take care of a trail or system.
  • EDUCATE the community about mountain biking opportunities and promote responsible riding by working with local news media and special events
